CD Review: Carousel Kings Visit "Charm City" With Victory Records Debut

The alternative/punk/rock band, Carousel Kings return with their Victory Records debut album titled "Charm City." After receiving a huge response on the 2015 Vans Warped Tour, Carousel Kings entered the studio with their most sturdy line-up, ready to create some new exciting music.

Their new thirteen-song release begins with the the mainstream, garage-rock delivery of "Grey Goose," which is powered by a punk-like rhythm. Their youthful energy continues to flow through the excitement of "Glory Daze" and "Bad Habit" as the music become more and more contagious. They pour their emotions into the lyrics of "Something Isn't Right," as the music explodes with punk-rock fury. They hit the alternative mainstream with the sound of "Charm City," before finishing with the speedy guitars of "Fractals" and the punk/pop energy of "You Never Will."
