CD Review: Stars In Stereo Rock Hard On Debut Album

Los Angeles rockers Stars In Stereo have finally released their full-length, self-titled debut album that has been two years in the making. After hitting the road, opening for bands like Halestorm, Bullet For My Valentine, Flyleaf, Anberlin, Black Veil Brides, The Used and Foxy Shazam, Stars In Stereo took what they learned and created ten hard rock songs that could all become hits in their own right.

The album starts off with the band bursting out of the gate with the aggressive attack of "The Broken." Lead singer, Bec Hollcraft becomes the main focus as her voice during the chorus is undeniable. The band powers through "Violence" and show more of an edge to their sound during "All Together." While Bec's vocals have a pop appeal, the music of "Red Eye Romance" showcases the band hard rock aggressiveness. The album's lead single "Every Little Thing" sums up the album perfectly with great strong vocals and a mainstream hard rock vibe.
