CD Review: Just Having "One Of These Days" From Marshall Dane

From Canada comes the latest release from Marshall Dane, one of the top country artist north of the border. His new album "One Of These Days" received several nominations at the 2013 Country Music Awards of Ontario (CMAO) including artist and album of the year. It will be released in the U.S. and worldwide in February of 2014 on Gold Lake Records.

The twelve song release has blockbuster written all over it, beginning with the smooth country sway of "Take You Home To Mama." Marshall finds his way to your heart with "I'll Be Your Whiskey," then gets his country rock groove on the feel good lyrics of "Stay Up Late." The title song gets you up on your feet with the pounding rhythm to dance and then he blazes a trail with the up-tempo rocker "Living It Up." The album's current single, "Alcohol Abuse" is a sure-fire hit as Marshall's play on drink names makes for a good time. The album closes with some great harmonizing on a another possible hit single, "Forever Girl."

Marshall Dane has just wrapped up a tour of Canada, but look for him to venture south of the border once his album is officially released. To find out more about his new album "One Of These Days," please visit
